Just as Ramon Llull expressed himself in different languages, so that he understood a greater number of people, in the Melassa Palma we have different options to adapt to the tastes and preferences of our diners. And as the wise Majorcan scholar did, we are always faithful to our essence and personality, putting all our affection in each of our creations.
